The New York NanoBusiness Alliance To Spotlight Area
Nanotechnology Innovators at NanoBusiness 2007 Conference
Next Week

(New York, NY, April 11, 2007 )--The New York NanoBusiness Alliance today announced that it will shine its spotlight on a number of New York-area nanotechnology businesses and innovators at next week’s NanoBusiness 2007 conference, being held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City from April 15 – 17. Now in its 6th year, NanoBusiness 2007 will gather hundreds of CEOs, scientists, engineers, business leaders, government officials and investors who will participate in three intensive days of seminars, presentations and networking events designed to provide attendees with the information required to move research and application development to commercialization, as well as to showcase the ongoing integration of small tech products into the global economy.

Three New York City-based financial experts lead the keynote addresses being presented at the conference:

On Tuesday, April 17th, NanoBusiness 2007 will get underway with welcoming remarks from Scott Livingston, Managing Director of Axiom Capital Management Inc. Mr. Livingston heads the Livingston Group, a leading investment banking/advisory group focused on nanotechnology, and has been called “sharp and highly connected” by the Forbes Wolfe Nanotechnology Report. He has been an invited speaker on nanotechnology investment trends at the Harvard Club, the Cambridge Healthtech Institute, Nanotechnology.com, the International Business Forum, the Delaware Technology Park, the Business Executives for National Security, Hilary Clinton’s Jobs for New York, and has presented to half a dozen state pension leaders across the country.

“Nanobusiness 2007 is one of the handful of must attend events for those interested in nanotechnology investment and business trends,” said Mr. Scott Livingston. “

We have found that sponsoring and attending the annual Nanobusiness Alliance event has been quite helpful to our business and to our ability to service clients who are interested in new technologies and their impact on industry. Investors, corporations and others interested in clean tech, energy, healthcare, industrial, and other industries would be wise to attend
